Not happy with the service here. I don't recommend this place. I bought a car in February, the car sales person was mediocre at best. Asked plenty of questions before purchasing and was given "all the right answers" told them my main deal breaker was not to have the drive flat tires. I didn't want them because I had a bad experience with them before. I was told I didn't have them. Only to find out after I purchased the car I did in fact have them. I was highly upset when I told them about it and was told "they are not that bad" well its my money and I pay for what I want to buy. Don't force me to buy what u want me to, and that's what I felt.
Then I was supposed to have complementary Mercedes me service. I NEVER got it! To this very day im still waiting and it has expired. Showing pending from the dealership, was told they didn't do something and it's still held in pending and it's been 9 months. I never got to use the service, despite going in multiple times trying to address the issue. I was told recently they would look into it and get back to me. It's been over a month and nothing.
I was told service A and Service B were certain prices but they changes of course.
I was told I had a certified card all services were done prior to my purchase, only to be told I had to repeat all the services that were done in February. I had to insist that they were done and I wouldn't pay to have them done because they weren't due. Upon further investigation they found that they weren't needed. Made a complaint with Mercedes-Benz USA and still no reply from them.
I was told that brakes would last 64k miles, of course depending on driving habits. But for sure 50k, only to be told "I'm not sure why they told you that"
This has not been a great experience at all. The customer service here is terrible. Communication is awful and follow through is even worse.
Most of my experiences have been terrible. I won't say stay away, I'll say proceed with caution.
Bought my car from Autohaus from another state. They were very helpful in every way including helping me set up shipping on a tight timeline. I highly recommend!
Had an amazing experience with Nick and Emal. Great guys and treated my family (had two little kids with me) like their family. Easily the best car buying experience I’ve had. Highly recommend them.
I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Mercedes dealership. Despite confirming the availability of a loaner car both the day before and while en route, I drove 30 miles only to be told upon arrival that there was no loaner car available. To make matters worse, the manager's dismissive response was, "If you don't like it, you better leave." It's shocking that this level of service is considered acceptable, especially for customers who have invested $250k in their products. This experience left me deeply dissatisfied and questioning the dealership's commitment to customer service.
We greatly appreciate the Autohaus on Edens with the help of purchasing our new Mercedes 2024. Special Thank you for our dealer Nicholas Maniatis. His professional, friendly and caring approach made the process very easy for us. We will definitely recommend Autohaus on Edens to our friends and family. Thank you for doing a great job!!!

Terrible Experience - Avoid This Place!
I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at this place. I brought my car in because the driver's side wiper was malfunctioning, despite the fact that my car only had 2000 miles on it. They took my car in promptly, but what followed was an hour of frustration.
After supposedly inspecting the car, they claimed that the foreman was working on it. They even said that they had to drain the windshield fluid, insisting that only Mercedes-Benz windshield fluid could be used. When I questioned why the fluid would only affect one side, they had no explanation.
To make matters worse, when I asked if they had considered replacing the wiper itself, they simply stated that the foreman found it to be in good condition. This left me with even more unanswered questions.
Three major concerns arise from this experience:
1. Why is the foreman working on wiper issues?
2. If they can't accurately identify a simple wiper problem, can they be trusted with more serious repairs?
3. Why did they waste over an hour of my time on such a minor issue? Are they attempting to bill unnecessary work to Mercedes-Benz?
I strongly urge Mercedes-Benz to send someone to assess their work ethic immediately. It seems like they are engaging in dishonest practices, either by performing unnecessary work or not doing any work at all.
This visit was a complete waste of time, and in the end, I had to purchase a new wiper blade online myself. I strongly recommend steering clear of this place!
I did an oil change in October 2023, bought my car in May 2023. One thing that threw me off was the additional service i had to pay for(windscreen wiper blades and cabin dust filter). I got an email recommending me for additional service listed above and i kept wondering why this was not changed during the purchase of my car. Why they didn't think it was a good service to provide to a customer when the car was purchased. Also, why is it not a complimentary service for the first year of the vehicle purchase to include oil change. All in all, I paid over $500 to get my oil-change, wiper and air-filter changed. That’s a poor customer service right there.
Stay away from the crooks in service. Took $500 from me to diagnose a control screen that wasn't working. I guess it was the first dashboard screen that malfunctioned in Mercedes history. Claimed they spent 5 hours to figure out it needed to be replaced and needed another $6,600 for that...They apparently had time to do the "complimentary inspection" and recommended another $10,000 in repairs for a car that drives perfect. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY
